STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I am creative, flexible and exploratory in my approach. Psychotherapy provides a safe, confidential space where hopes and fears, memories and desires can surface. Often our forgotten childhood experiences are what are forming our ways of thinking, feeling and being in the present. These may be limiting and inappropriate in our lives now as adults.Remembering and working through these buried feelings can be fearful and difficult sometimes, but ultimately liberating and rewarding: when unresolved feelings can be given their space and then put to rest; where new perspectives and understanding can emerge; and greater self confidence, awareness and insight can lead to better relationship to self and to others.
