I am going on a maternity leave and wanted to temporarily list my listing as inactive. How can I do that?

RESPONSE:

To hide (deactivate) a listing temporarily is not possible with the current set up. Actually, this is the first time a clinician has asked such question. If this becomes a popular request, we will try to figure a way to do so.

What you can do is to modify the information on your listing, informing potential clients that you will not be taking any new clients due to a personal leave of absence (you don't need to specify).

In addition, you may want to change the contact settings at the bottom of the Admin page to "Telephone Only," meaning your listing will have the email response form disabled. (However, this may create additional issues if potential clients try to contact you via telephone).

Hope this information helps.
