I grew up on a farm in Nebraska. My parents deeply loved each other. I was educated at York College, Harding University, and the University of North Carolina. My marriage to Rebecca Joyce is a passionate, best friend relationship. We have been married for forty years. I have worked with families for 35 years and love what I do. My greatest thrill is seeing amazing miracles take place in marriages and children. My mentor for marriage therapy is the awesome Michele Weiner Davis.
