 IT WAS AMAZING!
I AM 37 YEARS OLD AND I STARTED SMOKING 26 YEARS AGO (YES WHEN I WAS 11) I HAVE BEEN SMOKING AT LEAST 2 PACKS A DAY FOR THE PAST 16 YEARS.I HAVE NEVER NOT ONE TIME HONESTLY TRIED TO STOP SMOKING. I READ THE FIRST 47 PAGES OF THIS BOOK AND ACTUALLY PAID ATTENTION TO WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. THEN IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO LISTEN TO THE CD. I WAITED 2 DAYS BEFORE I LISTENED TO THE CD. I WAS SCARED TO STOP SMOKING. I KNEW I WOULD MISS IT AND REALLY DIDN'T THINK I WOULD BE ABLE TO QUIT. WELL, IT HAS NOW BEEN 3 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT HAD ONE CIGARETTE. THE THOUGHT HAS CROSSED MY MIND A TIME OR TWO, BUT NOTHING BAD ENOUGH TO MAKE ME GO BACK TO SMOKING. IT DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER ME TO BE AROUND PEOPLE WHO ARE SMOKING. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT BUT THE SMOKE ACTUALLY STUNK TO ME I THOUGHT I WOULD ENJOY THE SMELL, SINCE I HADN'T HAD A CIGARETTE.I HAVE OFFERED EVERYONE I KNOW THATSMOKES THE USE OF MY BOOK AND CD IF THEY WANT IT. IT WAS WELL WORTH WHATEVER I PAID FOR IT.

Can't believe it worked
I'm sad to say I smoked for 15 + years and tried so many times to stop. I got this book for christmas (again many thanks mom) and sat back and read it while I smoked for about 2 months. I listened to the CD at least once maybe twice but no more than that. After I woke up / was brought out of hypnosis I felt ready to stop and did. Now being a smoker when things got rough a few days later I lit up, and had 2 puffs (one to light it and one to make sure I didn't want it) and none since.
I'm not sure exactly what helped but I know I really thought about why I was reaching for a smoke and was able to choose not to. It's 2 years later and I can't remember smoking - even though my husband still does.
I'd say if you're reading these reviews you are considering quiting or you want to help someone else. Either way buy it already it's worth it!

 Don't buy anything from Awesomebooksusa
I can not rate this book, to the fullest degree, as the vendor did not include the CD that was a critical part of the book. I have tried to resolve the problem and was offered a refund of £10.85 (75%) versus a full refund of $14.46. There was no return address or packing slip enclosed with the book so I don't know where to send it, other than the UK. I strongly urge all not to order anything from this company. I found some information on the "company" and it's an individual working out of a home in GB, not a real company, just an individual trying to scam people by selling merchandise that is incomplete, trashed, or misrepresented. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased this as a last ditch effort to quit before the new year. It arrived and I listened and I haven't had the urge to smoke since. I also used Smoke Away, which is great for quickly getting the chemicals out and I feel (and look) almost like I did before I started smoking. So far it has been a few weeks.

IT WORKS!!!!!!!
I listened to the CD 3 nights in a row - too nervous the first time, relaxed the second time and fell asleep the 3rd time. By the 4th morning, I never picked up a cigarette again and I have smoked 2 packs a day for 28 years. Thank you Susan Hepburn - I'm looking for a CD on weight loss - I thought the book said that was in the works. I will purchase the day it hits the markets!
