Product Reviews:
Every one should read this book.
Excellent report on how natural alternatives can overcome MRSA, and other dangerous bacteria and virus's. Many of the above are untreatable through traditional medicine. Dr. Cass's thoughts on vaccination is a must read for anyone with children or who may be contemplating a flu shot. The oreganol that he recomends cured a chronic disease in my son of an eight year duration. Anyone worried about West Nile Virus needs to read this book.
Commonsense, Rockbottom Medical Advice (Sound) ( mosquita )
This book is a very positive and helpful advice-giving service to all who read it. First of all, Dr. Cass Ingram IS a real doctor WHO CARES about US, the human beings, who need his expertise. If you feel any concern about yourself or your family, then this is the book that you must have. It is so refreshing and tells the TRUTH about what can be done to alleviate illnesses and even cure some otherwise fatal diseases. Best yet, the advice offered is TRUE and saves lives, yours and your loved ones, friends and acquaintances.

Now if you want to waste time and find things to "pick at", just keep on going to those who have given you "no results." Think about any so-called professional that has continued to have you come back to them, yet they have offered you no alleviation of pain, no suggested tests or alternatives that will help you. They could even send you to specialists that could give further in-depth medical advice. But, they have failed to do just that.

Whatever you do, remember that you must let commonsense guide you. You really can determine for yourself how to better your life. Yes, there are many facets to our lives. If you don't put your health first, then you will remain in the same sad, unhealthy status.

Once you have explored appropriate health decisions for yourself, then you can delve into all of the other wonderful things that LIFE has to offer.

I am another citizen who wishes to share any and all good things with my fellow inhabitants of the world. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.
BOOK'S EXCELLENT; Don't waste time on Graziano's comment
The book is worth reading if you are concerned about curing many difficult viral, bacterial or fungal infections, some of which conventional medicine can't do anything about. Dr. Ingram's Oreganol has been so effective for my friends and me that I'd recommend just trying it out to see if it works.

Reviewer Phillip Graziano's review DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! below sounds like an anti-natural medicine lobbyist trying to bad mouth proven natural cures that work. His comment "Probably not much substance there" suggests that he has not even read the book. Yet he's so eager to rate the book poorly. Next, check out Graziano's other reviews -- he has given reviews only about alternative medicine books, and his standard rating is... you guessed it...one star. He seems to have something against Dr. Ingram, and I cannot believe that he has taken the trouble to read ALL of Ingram's books. Be careful of such reviews.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! ( ungmoon )
If you purchase any of Dr. Cass Ingram's books, you are setting yourself up to verbal manipulation. I personally have met Dr. Ingram and found him to be pompus, arrogant and rude. He claims oregano cures everything yet he has deep dark circles under his eyes and is always grabbing his neck. He makes medical claims, yet has little research to back anything up and his books are repetitious and constantly plugg the North American Herb & Spice product line. Gee, I wonder if he has any interest in the company? I heard Dr. Ingram say that he was going to try and finish a book within a month. People spend hard-earned money on his books and claims to spend one month to write a book. Probably not much substance there.
you NEED this book!!!! ( mzabowski )
This book is a MUST for anyone interested in their health and what to do in the case of a rampant killer flu, which is immiment and planned. Dr. Ingram is truly a genius with a caring and merciful heart for people and their well-being. He lays down the protocol regarding many different scenarios, and also goes into the history of disease and how the American system, aka: allopathic drs, has POORLY dealt with disasters in the past, and not much has changed, especially since we have virtually NO broadspectrum antibiotics, and the last place you want to go when a pandemic breaks out is the hospital. He tells you the difference between treating grownups as opposed to treating small children, and how to stay healthy so that your immume system can fight for you, as it should be. I'm a nurse with 20 yrs experience, and hospitals are totally unprepared for any biological or major epidemic outbreak. The real fact being, they're not even preparing for it, though they also know it's coming. Most hospitals have only 1 or 2 isolation rooms, and they're doing nothing to change that. Oh they're building alright, but it's not to protect the public, but to bring in more money by adding food courts, and retail shopping inside of hospitals. Dr. Ingram is known for his research on the Oregano spice to kill all major germs, bacteria, etc. with wondrous results. You get the spice extracts through the North American Herb and Spice Co., and is well worth the money spent. The Oreganol liquid comes with a dropper, and is around $29.00, but this stuff will knock out any pathogen from within 20 min to a few days. He also goes into the 1918 flu pandemic that killed 40 million people worldwide, and how it was actually a hemorrhagic disease, attacking previously healthy people between the ages of 20 and 44, often people would just fall dead before any symptoms manifested. People now have much more suppressed immune systems due to pollution in the air, water, food with all the additives and preservatives and pesticides, lack of fresh food, eating too much processed food. You can hear dr.Ingram on www.thepowerhour.com every Thursday in their 3rd hour of broadcast, from 10:30-11:00 e.s.t., on shortwave it's 9.840, he takes calls from listeners during this time. Don't mess with your health, get the book and get informed and prepared!!!!!!!
