Product Description
Take two-they're small. And they perform miracles. Suffering a career-ending, potentially crippling injury to her back and right leg, a young dancer named Elaine Petrone tried everyone from orthopedists to yogis to turn her pain and prognosis around. Nothing worked-until she healed herself through a unique program of therapy and exercise based around the use of two small, squishy balls. From there she turned her passion into a mission that is helping the thousands of people who visit her classes conquer pain, stress, and injury.
Now, for relief for sufferers everywhere, comes The Miracle Ball Method, a healing kit containing two miracle balls and a fully illustrated book, all packaged together in an attention-getting clear plastic cylinder. The work itself is simple. Take a sore back: By resting your aching back on the grapefruit-sized balls and letting your body sink into them, you're unworking the muscles that hurt. Pain and tension drain out of the body. Petrone shows how proper breathing (which she demonstrates) works in conjunction with a range of unexercises that call for placing the balls under the back, head, knees, hip, elbow-wherever there's pain-and then resting, rolling, or rotating on them. She points out that relief can come in surprising ways: Lower back pain may be helped by placing the ball under your neck, or a bad knee might be helped by hip work. It's arevolutionary program of relief, from head to toe.

An Interesting Concept
This product was recommended by a person who was very pleased with it.
Decided to give it a try. Found it not available at stores locations suggested so tried Amazon.com. It was available and also 5.00 cheaper.
Had never heard of this concept before. For the price it was worth the money but as far as really helping with sciatic for someone over 63 I think the instruction book was way too detailed and the exercises seemed to be not doable on a regular basis. The balls do seem to make the bottom of feet feel nice when rollilng the foot over the ball from a sitting position. But as far all the other performance exercises directed were a little more than a sr. or someone less able would be inclined to do for a sustained period of time. Perhaps someone who is agile and driven to exercising would find the whole concept very doable and probably quite helpful. If I had read the book before hand I would not have purchased this item for my use. That is not to say they are not a good quality product for the money.

Small product, big result. ( dljn )
These two little balls can give big relief for tight back and hip muscles. I use them in the morning to get the kinks out, and they are great before my pilates class.

Somewhat pleased ( mattnashley )
I was somewhat disappointed with the book that accompanies the Miracle Balls. It is hard to follow the directions to perform some the techniques. Overall, I believe this product serves its purpose, however it could be better.

Miracle Balls Are Truly "Miraculous"!!!
Mere words can't describe how well these balls work to dramatically reduce pain. If I were to use a word, it would be "miraculous"! In one week using these balls as prescribed, I was able to eliminate more pain than with the previous 18 months of good chiropractic care. By the way, just as these are good for getting rid of immediate pain, Pete Egoscue's "Pain Free" method is phenominal for re-alignment which produces long-term healing. Pain Free: A Revolutionary Method for Stopping Chronic Pain
I highly recommend these for anyone suffering from chronic pain!!!

What have you got to lose, really? ( jenconger )
I had a spasm in my lower back that lingered despite spending over $3000 in one year for pain relief with a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, and an M.D. I would get temporary relief only to have the spasm creep back in after a few days. My acupuncturist discovered The Miracle Ball Method and recommended it to me as she had been successful with it herself.
I can't praise it enough. After a few days the spasm began to ease and with regular use went away completely. It may not work for everyone, but no course of treatment works for everyone. It's certainly worth spending about $20 to give it a try. It has already saved me big money on pain relief; perhaps it will do the same for you.
