Wonderful experience
I highly recommend this cd, it's a great way to go deep inside a meditation stage

Best sleeping mediation type CD for me ( low@mit.edu )
I bought at least eight medication type CDs from Amazon, and this one is by far the best. I like the intuitive nature of the CD...if you are someone that loves the details and not the big picture, your experience might be different.
I don't have that much more to add, but this is from the perspective of someone that bought all competing products all at once and tried all of them.

Yoga Nidra CD
I was reading Martha Beck's book Steering by Starlight and she recommended Yoga Nidra, so I looked at this one and another, on Amazon and decided on this one. It doesn't seem to be any better or worse than any other guided imagery relaxation tapes. I must not be too impressed because I've only used it three times.

Very nice systematic relaxation and more!
This cd is very good as the eastern Indian voice is very easy to understand and the guided meditation led me into a deep state of heightened awareness. the 2nd track starts out with a long piece of music before you hear a voice again but it was appropriately spaced. Very good cd!

Happy with content
The DVD was excellent, but it arrived with a broken case, so really my gripe is with Amazon. They should have packaged it better. I love the Yoga Nidra though!
