 med surg nursing made incredibly easy
I am studying for my med surg certification exam and find using this book a tremedous help. Things that I have forgotten over the years are clicking
back into place. Easy to read, and gives just the basics, not a lot of
unnecessary information.

 Good Overview ( dioxin73 )
This book does a really food job of going over the organ systems and the major diseases/failures of these systems. It uses the nursing process. The only negative is that there are not a lot of questions to test yourself.

I'd hate to think of medical professionals getting even a review of their specialty from something promising to make it "Incredibly Easy." I mean, it beats "for Dummies." But not by a lot.

great CD-ROM
This is a great CD-ROM. It really helped me prepare for my exams. I highly recommend it.

It's a great start and review book for the basics.....
This, along with their EKG book, are my favorites in the "Incredibly Easy" series. I've been an ICU nurse for 14 years and found it a fun read for simply reviewing the basics we forget over time. Because it's so easy to read and understand, it makes it easy for the new nurse to grasp the concepts so necessary to be a successful med-surg nurse.
