Love this cookbook! ( ck142402 )
If I had to throw out all my cookbooks and keep just one, this would be the one!

old stand-bys ( kitty64 )
I accidently threw away my first copy, and am missing some "old standbys". There are lots of recipes I have used over and over. It's a great cookbook to have on hand.

I rarely cook but when I do this is the book I use
Since I don't cook much I figured when I do it should be great tasting and healthier than the comfort foods I grew up with. I love that it has so many pictures so I know what it will look like and with my limited cooking experience I have never had a problem following the recipes. If I use another cookbook it is normally another Cooking Light one. The books are much easier to find recipes in than the magazine subscription. "Happy Cooking"

I replaced my copy of this cookbook which was flooded after Hurricane Katrina ( marenchris )
because I liked it so much. Two great recipes are the Blueberry-Lemon Pound Cake (on the cover) and the Mexican Black Bean and Citrus Salad. If you like Cooking Light, you won't be disappointed.

My Favorite Cookbook ( lhoenig )
I have had this cookbook for a few years now and I have to say, of all the cookbooks I have this is my favorite. I like that there are so many delicious recipes that aren't full of fat and salt in this book. I find that I prefer eating recipes from this cookbook than eating out as I never feel overly stuff from any of these recipes AND the food tastes better. It successfully converted me into someone that prefers eating home cooked meals. There are very few recipes in the book that I wouldn't eat (mainly ones containing foods I don't like like eggplant) and I still discover new dishes that are amazing in it to this day.
