Reflexology is soooooo nice!!!!
Helped my wife with very painful injury. Not a miracle cure, but very relaxing and healthy. Much better than "off the cuff" masssages. Clear instructions, written for real people. No heavy jargon and very sensitive about developing te right massage technique for each individual.
